Accountability

Procedures for Leadership Accountability

At Christ Central Tysons, we are committed to fostering a community in which its leaders, members, and guests foster and embody a healthy understanding of God and human beings created to be like him, worthy of honor and dignity. The Bible teaches that spiritual leaders are especially responsible for reflecting this reality in their character and conduct. To uphold this commitment, we’ve established clear policies for preventing, investigating, and responding to misconduct—serving as safeguards to pursue discipline, justice, healing, and restoration.

Reporting

All reports are taken seriously and investigated promptly, with a commitment to confidentiality and protection against retaliation. For detailed procedures, including how reports are handled, investigated, and resolved, please see our full Policy and Procedures for Leadership Accountability.

"So I exhort the elders among you, as a fellow elder and a witness of the sufferings of Christ, as well as a partaker in the glory that is to be revealed: shepherd the flock of God that is among you, exercising oversight, not under compulsion, but willingly, as God would have you; not for shameful gain, but eagerly; not domineering over those in your charge, but being examples to the flock. And when the chief Shepherd appears, you will receive the unfading crown of glory." 1 Peter 5:1-3
